We cannot take any responsibility for packages lost by Auspost, claims for missing items must be lodged directly with Auspost.

Your order will be packed in sealed product bags. It is important you DO NOT open the sealed bags until you are sure of your purchase. For hygiene reasons we CANNOT accept returns of items if the original packaging has been opened. Orders are also packed in a padded envelope to protect your items during transit.

Return Policy

ONLINE RETURN POLICY – For change of mind, the item must be returned with the product seal is still in place. We cannot accept returns for items which have been opened due to health and hygiene reasons.

Damaged or faulty items can be returned for a refund or credit if returned within 14 days. Please contact us directly by email for a returns authorisation and our return address; sending details of the fault, with a picture of the broken item.

STORE RETURN POLICY – Due to health and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. Our staff will assist you with your choice, but the final decision is yours. We do not exchange or refund for wrong choice or change of mind. If an item has a manufacturers fault an exchange will be given, but only if the item is returned within 28 days of purchase and a receipt is shown as proof of purchase. Manufacturers faults do not cover items which have been used outside of normal use (see ‘caring for your jewellery’ information below).

Our returns policy is in accordance with the Department of Consumer and Employment Protection.

Caring for your Jewellery

Jewellery with dangles are occasional wear items and shouldn’t be work while doing sports or when going to bed.
Jewellery with clusters of little stones are occasional wear and should avoid being worn in water as the stones are only glued in and may come out.
Plastic balls, silicone plugs or bioplast  items may break or weaken if screwed on too tight, bitten or sterilised in hot water.

Dice with jewels, capsules, silicone spiky balls, picture balls, or items with small attachments are novelty items only.  They should not be worn for prolonged periods time or while eating as parts may break off, creating a choking hazard.


Drinking coffee, coke, red wine or smoking may cause some jewellery to discolour.  Other factors which may cause jewellery to discolour are hair dyes make up removers and repeated exposure to other chemicals.


Chemicals may affect the glue use to hold parts of the jewellery together.  For all jewellery including jewelled balls, nose studs, bioplast labrets, eyebrow bars and jewelled plugs, clear nail polish can be painted over the stones to help hold them in and stop the stones from discolouring.

GOLD PLATED JEWELLERY – is either surgical steel or titanium, plated with 24ct real gold, so it should not cause skin irritation, however as with any gold plated jewellery the plating may come off over time.  We ultimately suggest using these items as occasional wear.
